Ordering

We've tried to make the shopping experience at VanniVrystaat as easy and simple as possible. Here's how you can shop on our online store:

If you battle to find what you want or want to know more about our products, give us a call on 082 397 1778, or send us an email to sales@vannivrystaat.co.za, or simply send us a instant message on the Facebook Messenger app on our online store, and we will gladly help.

1 . Browse

Browse our range of products by selecting a category from the main menu, then select from the category the product which you are interested in.

2 . Add to Cart

Select the product you like, and click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.

3 . Proceed to Checkout

Once you are ready to place your order, simply click on your cart (top right shopping bag icon), and your total order (cart) will appear.

Make sure your order (products and quantities) in your cart is correct. You may increase or decrease the quantities by clicking on the box. Remember to click the "UPDATE" button if you've made any changes.

Type any 'Special instructions' for your order in the box provided, if applicable.

Click on the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button should you want to add more products to your cart.

You may then proceed by clicking on the "CHECK OUT" button.

4 . Contact Information

Fill in your contact information so that we know your name, delivery/shipping address, telephone number and email address.

Click on the "Continue to shipping method" button.

5. Shipping method

Your order will be delivered via our delivery method. We deliver to the Free State, Gauteng & Western Cape. You will be informed about the delivery and collection of your product.  

 6. Payment method

Select your payment option.

You can pay by:

- Direct Bank Deposit (EFT)

- YOCO 

 Please refer to the Payments section on the main menu for our bank details.

Select your billing address (if different from your shipping address).

Click on the "Complete order" button.

You may print your order or make a note of your order number, which will be required if you want to track your order progress.

7. Thank you for your Order

Your order will be delivered via our delivery method. Our lamb products are only delivered to parts of the Free State, Gauteng & Bloemfontein. You will be informed about the delivery and collection of your product.  

Our biltong products will be shipped overnight anywhere in RSA.

FAQ - Do I need to Create an Account in order to buy something?

No. You can make a purchase without creating an account.
